Return Policy

You can cancel this order within 24 hours from the time of purchase.  To cancel, call us at 724.225.2225 or contact us via contact form making your subject "Cancel My Order" and include order information in the email.

You can return new, unopened items within one week from the time of purchase. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

To return a defective product, you must contact our office within 30 days from the time of purchase so we can ensure that the defect is the manufacture's fault. If these conditions are not met, Dr. Webb and Associates reserves the right to refuse the return.

After 30 days all sales are final.
