After a thorough history and physical, a diagnosis will be made which will dictate your treatment plan. Your care may consist of the following:

Spinal Manipulation:

This is the cornerstone of Chiropractic treatment, but it is certainly not the only form of treatment that can be rendered.

Physical Rehabilitation:

Our office specializes in all facet of spinal rehabilitation. We have a fully equipped rehabilitation suite, complete with specially trained staff and equipment to assist in achieving your goals of becoming and staying pain free.

Physiotherapy:

These passive therapies include, but are not limited to: ultrasound, muscle stimulation, interferential stimulation, intermentant traction, TEN's, phonophoresis, iontophoresis, pressure point therapy and good old fashioned ice and moist heat.

Flexion - Distraction Therapy:

This is a gentle form of lumbar traction designed to treat herniated, bulged, degenerated or "slipped" discs. Dr. Christopher Webb has obtained certification for this procedure.

Referrals:

If we cannot treat what is causing your pain, we will send you to a specialist who can. Not all causes of back pain can be treated with chiropractic. When necessary, our office works with the areas top specialists to assist in your treatment. In some cases it is necessary to refer out for further diagnostic testing such as MRI's, CT scans, bone scans or blood work. Depending on the results of these tests or your symptoms, it may be in your best interest to coordinate your care with a Pain Specialist, Orthopedist or Neurosurgeon.

Your Family Doctor:

On a daily basis, we work with our patients' family doctor so that we may coordinate what treatment or tests must be rendered. We find it works out best if everyone is on the same page and two heads may work better than one.
